Payment Information

For your convenience, we accept the following payment methods:

(Cash is also accepted, but at your own risk. We do not insure orders for cash lost in the mail.)

All items paid via Paypal or Credit Card ship within three business days as ordered. All personal checks will require a holding period for funds to clear.

Shipping

All orders usually ship within 3 business days.

Stereoview cards will be shipped by the U.S. Postal Service First Class Mail (First Class International for all international orders). All Stereoviews are shipped enclosed in an acid-free clear plastic sleeve for protection. They will be sandwiched between 3-4 pieces of sturdy cardboard for added protection against accidental damage.

We do our best to get your images out to you as quickly as possible. All credit card and Paypal orders will ship within 3 business days. All personal checks will ship as soon as funds clear (usually 1-2 weeks).

Shipping charges are a flat rate of $3.95 (domestic) and $4.95 (international). This rate is fixed no matter how many views you buy. The fixed shipping total will be calculated automatically for you once all items have been added to your cart and you proceed to checkout.

Returns / Exchanges

YNPCOLLECTOR STEREOVIEWS provides our customers with a 30-day money back guarantee on all of our products. If you are not satisfied with a stereoview for any reason, you may return it within 30 days for a refund or merchandise credit.

A copy of the original invoice for the item must be included in the package. The item must be the same condition that it was sent (the exception being views damaged by the U.S. Postal Service).

Shipping charges are non-refundable except for items damaged in transit or lost in the mail.

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from YNPCOLLECTOR STEREOVIEWS.

Please notify YNPCOLLECTOR STEREOVIEWS Customer Service to confirm your return before sending any items back to us.

All trades will be considered at YNPCOLLECTOR STEREOVIEWS. We trade only for other stereoviews (no other formats).
